Career architect, agent whisperer, encourager, technologist, published author, Julie ran the largest new agent training program in the country for 5 years before launching her own coaching company and publishing Success Faster: Quickly Launch or Relaunch Your Real Estate Career in 2018 and subsequently published Success Faster On Fire Hot! in October 2020.

Julie knows that momentum is sexy and believes that a few slight (yet critical) course corrections can change the trajectory of your business, your bank account and your life.

Julie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa, lived in the Twin Cities for 9 years then relocated to Austin, Texas in 1994 as part of a tech transfer. Julie lives on her somewhat urban farm in southwest Austin, is a Master Gardener, and an aspiring foodie.
